These Terms govern your use of techdistributionguide.com and your purchase of products from Tech Distribution Guide, operated by Cabal & Associates, Inc. (“we,” “us”). By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.
Products
We sell digital products, including the Technology Distribution Operating Handbook (PDF) and companion Workbook (Excel), and offer free resources. Files are delivered by download after successful checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change; the price at checkout applies.
License
When you purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for your own internal business or personal use. The license covers use by you and your organization’s employees for internal business purposes only. You may not resell, share, post, or distribute the files, or remove proprietary notices. Free resources are for your own use and may not be redistributed without permission.
Refund policy for digital products
Our guides, handbooks, workbooks and reports are digital files, so we cannot take them back once you have them.
- What counts as downloaded. A file counts as downloaded once you click a download link and the file is delivered to your device, as recorded by our system.
- Before you download. If you have not downloaded any file from your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of buying it.
- If there is a problem. If a file is damaged, missing, will not open, or is not what the product page described, tell us within 30 days of purchase. We will replace it. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
- Duplicate purchase. If you bought the same product twice by mistake, we will refund the extra purchase within 14 days.
- After you download. Once you have downloaded any file from your purchase, the sale is final, except for the cases above.
How to ask. Email contact@techdistributionguide.com with the email you used to buy and the product name. For a problem with a file, tell us what is wrong. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually show within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, access to the product ends.
Exceptions. We may make an exception in a particular case. An exception does not change this policy or apply to other purchases.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Educational purposes; no professional advice
Our content is for general educational and informational purposes. Examples and figures are illustrative and are not benchmarks. Results depend on your circumstances. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and you are responsible for your own business decisions. Calculators and templates should be reviewed and adapted to your own data.
Intellectual property
All content, including text, tools, templates, logos and designs, is owned by Cabal & Associates, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Accounts and payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
